The Sire is strong bodied red HM PK with a good D-shaped caudal fin, a nice trapezoid anal fin, a full dorsal and long voluminous ventral fins.  The Dame is a darkbodied orange HMPK and is a full sibling to the male. She has a nice torpedo-shaped body, with a nice broad-based dorsal, parallel anal fin and D-shaped caudal.
With this cross I hope to fix the strong bodies, smooth topline and balanced finnage of my red line. The offspring (F2) likely will be darkbody and cambodian-based red and orange HMPKs with a chance of  DTPK to pop up.

The Dame is also Mother of: BT010516C+BT140516.

29/05/16: The pair spawned.
30/05/16: The fry hatched. Seems like a very small spawn with ~10 fry.
01/06/16: The fry entered the free-swimming stage. Removed the male.
02/06/16: The fry is feeding well on vinegar eels and BBS.
16/08/16: 12 weeks old. Only 5-6 fry left but growing well.
