This pair could produce some nice offspring (F2) with some great finnage because of fantastic ray-splitting of both sire and dame. Probably some will show rosetail features. Both fish are sibblings from the female which won the 3rd place in the female iridescent class at the 3rd EHBBC show in Alzey, Germany.
This pair can produce black copper lace, copper/golds, platinum whites and maybe some metallics. There is a chance some DTs will pop-up.

23/04/05: Pair spawned, it took some times before the eggs came out. The male is taking very good care of the nest for his first time!

24/04/05: The eggs hatched! There are about 10-15 fry present in a very small bubblenest. The male is taking care very well.

26/04/05: The fry is in the free-swimming stage. The father is removed.
27/04/05: The fry is feeding on artemia/BBS.
05/05/05: It seems there are about 10 fry, some with light and some with dark bodies. They are about 2 weeks old and growing well on artemia/BBS.
15/05/05: The youngsters are now 3 weeks old and are growing very well. They just recieved their first portion of tubifex which dissapeared really fast! the copper color is already visible!

19/05/05: Found the first black copper lace youngster in this spawn!
