The Sire is intense yellow HMPK with a strong body with a smooth topline and balanced finnage. The caudal has a good 180 degree spread, long outer rays and sharp corners, the dorsal is has a nice volume with the front rays nicely directed forward, the anal fin has a good trapezoid shape with matching ventrals. The Dame is a intense yellow HMPK female with a strong body (ideally the topline could be a bit smoother). The caudal has a very good D-shape, with a nice parallel anal and matching ventrals. The dorsal could be a bit broader and more voluminous for my taste. 
With this cross I hope to fix the strong bodies, smooth topline, balanced finnage and intense yellow color. The offspring (F1) will be yellow HMPK.

18/03/18: The fry hatched. Looks like a big spawn!
20/03/18: The fry entered the free-swimming stage. Removed the male.
17/04/18: The fry is feeding well on vinegar eels and BBS.
