The Sire is a steel blue HMPK with a nice shaped body. The finnage shows a good length and form with a nice D-shaped caudal, a trapezoid anal fin and full ventrals. The dorsal is nicely broad and nicely overlapping the upper part of caudal although the front rays ideally could be longer and more directed forward. The Dame is a royal blue with a strong body and smooth topline. She has a nice D-shaped caudal fin with nicely long outer rays and sharp corners. The anal fin is nicely parallel and the ventrals are of good length and volume. The dorsal however is rather small and ideally could have a broader based and more volume. The mother of the Dame is a full sibling to the parents of the Sire.
With this cross I hope to fix the strong bodies, smooth topline and balanced finnage.
The offspring (F1) can be both light- and darkbodied steel blue or royal blue.
