The Sire is a blue/red dragon HMPK with a strong body and smooth mouth-to-dorsal topline. The dorsal fin is nicely directed forward but ideally the base could have been a bit broader. Good D-shaped caudal fin but the corners ideally could be a bit sharper. The has a good length an shape in the front but could be a bit more gradually sloped toward the back. The Dame comes from one of my favorite spawns from 2013. She has a nice long body, smooth topline and balanced finnage. Good D-shaped caudal fin, but the dorsal ideally could be broader. Both fish are nephew and niece as the father of the Sire and the mother of the Dame are siblings.
With this cross I hope to fix the strong bodies, smooth topline and balanced finnage.
The offspring (F1) will be both dark- and lightbodied metallic/dragon HMPK with a varying degree of red wash and marbling.
