The Sire is a blue/black marble dragon HMPK with a strong body and smooth mouth-to-dorsal topline. The dorsal fin has a great form with the front rays nicely long and directed forward. Good D-shaped caudal fin with sharp corners although the branching is a bit heavy here and there. The Dame has a strong body, smooth topline and balanced finnage. The Dame is a full sibling to the male.
With this cross I hope to fix the strong bodies, smooth topline and balanced finnage. The offspring (F1) will be both dark- and lightbodied metallic/dragon HMPK with a varying degree of red wash and marbling. 

09/11/13: The pair spawned. Eggs in the nest.
10/11/13: The fry hatched. Seems to be a small spawn.
12/11/13: The fry entered the free-swimming stage. Removed the male.
13/11/13: The fry is feeding well on vinegar eels and BBS.
14/02/13: There are about 8-10 fry left from this spawn.
