The Sire is without any doubt the best male I have bred so far! He is a royal blue mask HM PK (Blbl) with a strong body, full dorsal and nicely parallel anal. I hope he will pass these characteristics to the next generation. The female is a copper/gold HM PK and carries melano! An interesting fact to know is that the mother of the female used in this spawn is a sibbling of the parents of the male.
The offspring (F1) will be short-finned and there is a good chance of HM PKs. The colors of the youngster will be 50% heterozygous metallic royal blue (Blbl +nm) and 50% heterozygous metallic steel blue (blbl +nm). 50% of the youngsters will also be carrier of melano black.

The Dame is also mother of: BT111106B. 

08/12/06: Pair spawned.
09/12/06: The eggs hatched. Looks like about 15-20 youngsters.
11/12/06: Youngsters in free-swimming stage. Removed the Sire.
12/12/06: Fry is feeding already well on microworms and artemia/BBS.
06/01/07: Youngsters are growing nicely. Half of the fry appear to be lightbodied which is a surprise as it has been some time ago since my lines gave me lightbodied offspring:
