Sire: Melano black HM

Royal blue HM PK

(Betta Territory, The Netherlands)

The Sire is steel blue based melano HM which was bred by Siamimbellis. He was a generous gift of my friends Associazione Italiana Betta during the Italian Betta Show in Piacenza, Italy. The male has a nice balanced appearance. He has a nice D-shaped color with long outer rays, sharp corners and a moderate branching. The Dame is steel blue HMPK with a nice long body with a smooth topline and very nice balanced finnage (nice D-shaped caudal fin, broad-based dorsal and parallel anal fin).
With this cross I hope to introduce the melano trait into my line together with the strong bodies, smooth topline and balanced finnage.
The offspring (F1) likely will be longfinned darkbody steel blue.

The Dame is also Mother of: BT260815A and BT221015A.
