The Sire is great heterozygotic metallic steel (blbl +nms) (o)HM plakat  with a good balanced appearance. The dame is a  thick metallic PK female showing some great mask features. Interesting to know is that this spawn is not entirely unrelated as the mothers of these fish were sisters (BT210505).
The offspring (F1) will be short-finned and there is a good chance of HM PKs and maybe even DTs. The color of the fry will be a bit of a surprise as the exact color make-up of the female is unknown (could be Blbl ++ or BlBl ++). Looking at the background, there is a chance some platinums and/or marbles will pop-up.

01/04/06: Pair spawned.

02/04/06: The eggs hatched. The Sire doing an excellent job!
04/04/06: Fry in free-swimming stage. Removed the sire.
12/04/06: The fry is now almost 2 weeks old and growing well on artemia and microworms.

03/06/06: The fry is now 9 weeks old. I jarred the first male which seems to have a very good potential.

14/07/06: This spawn gave me some nice offspring. Here a picture of the male I posted above, now 15 weeks old:

06/01/07: One fish of this spawn was send to the 7th EHBBC show in Sindelfingen, Germany:
- Royal blue HM PK male - 3rd place HM PK all color class
