The Sire is 1.96 cm tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. The Dame is 1.83 cm tall, blue/green eyes and blond/brown hair. 
The offspring (F1) will probably be tall and off course incredibly handsome! There is a chance of red-haired offspring to pop-up. The baby is expected to be born at the end of April/beginning of May 2009.

22/08/08:Today a pregnancy test showed that we are pregnant!!! We immediatly did another one to be sure!

01/10/08: Exciting! Today we had our first echo and it was the first time that we could saw our baby. Really a great feeling to see your own kid growing. We decided to call our little kiddo "Thingy" as we want the sexe to be a surprise until the moment of delivery. "Thingy" is now 9 weeks and 6 days old and 2.9 cm in size. The calculated day of delivery is 2nd of May 2009 (1 day before my birthday!):

22/10/08: Another exciting moment!!! We are now at 12.5 weeks and today we had the second Echo. "Thingy" now really looks like a little baby with all things there. Measurement of "Thingy" on the echo showed a size of 6.7 cm (almost double the size of 3 weeks ago)!  and a heartrate of 168 bpm. Off course we have some pictures:

06/11/08: "Thingy" is now 14 weeks and 5 days old. Today we heard the heart of "Thingy" beating during one of the regular check-ups. Off course I captured this wonderful moment with the voice recorder of my mobile phone, please click here to hear the heart beat of "Thingy".
18/11/08: We are now at 16 weeks and "Thingy" seems to grow nicely, we finally start to see Debby's belly developing (left picture below):

25/11/08: We are now at 17 weeks and "Thingy" and Debby's belly is growing more and more (upper right picture). Last weekend Debby thought she felt "Thingy" moving for the first time!!

03/12/08: Victoria Parnell-Starke of www.bettysplendens.com made us an awsome banner after hearing the news that we are getting a baby. Victoria thank you very much for this creative banner, we really like it a lot!!

This evening I felt "Thingy" kicking for the first time!!!! In the past week Debby felt "Thingy" moving more often but this time I was lucky too. Really awsome!!

11/12/08: Today we had another echo!! "Thingy" is now 19 weeks and 5 days old. Truely awsome to see him/her moving. Off course we would like to share this with you, please click the picture below to see a 2-min fragment of the echo (or click here):

16/12/08: We are now at 20,5 weeks, that means we are half-way (below, left picture)!!!

07/03/09: 32 weeks:

08/03/09: Today we started to paint the wood in the future room of "Thingy":

13/03/09: We are now at 33 weeks! Today we had a 3D echo made of "Thingy". Although we were a little late in the pregnancy, as 3D echos normally are made up to 28 weeks, we still were able to get a nice glimpse of the face of "Thingy".

14/03/09: Today we put wallpaper on two of the walls:

19/03/09: Today we put the wallpaper on the last wall in the babyroom:

20/03/09: Today the carpet and the furniture arrived!!

22/04/09: 38 weeks!

26/04/09: At 39 weeks and 1 day (6 days before the calculated date), the big day finally arrived!! At 3.00 am the first contractions started. They became heavier and heaver. Around 9.30-10.00 am contractions came every 3-5 minutes and where at least 1 min in duration. Around 11.00 am we arrived in the hospital where our son STORM was born at 1.02 pm. At birth Storm weighed 3825 gram and was 53 cm tall.

27/04/09: 1 day old - Hello world!

28/04/09: 2 days old!

31/07/09: Storm is now 14 weeks, weighs 7.7 kg and is 66 cm in length! Our superhero is a little GIANT!!
01/08/09: Starting the day with a shower with Dad and then time to crashzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.........
