In August 2006
a long time dream came true, the first Betta show in the Netherlands!
On Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th of August 2006, the Bettas4all Team
organized the 1st Bettas4all Show which was held at Discus Centrum Amsterdam. With this show we
hoped to make this hobby more familiar and popular in the Netherlands and to
give people the possibility to have a look at these beautiful fish
in all their shapes and colors.

With
>250 fish send by 26 breeders from 6 different countries (the
Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore),
the show was a great succes! Our professional judging team consising
of Marion Schultheiss (Germany, Head judge), Claire Pavia (Switserland),
Jean-Michel Jeannerat (Switserland) and Rajiv Massilamoni (Switserland)
did a great job by judging the 14 different show classes according
to the
Bettas4all Standard.
Further we
